The warranty replacement of my front and rear windshields had to be redone because the glass was not properly centered or aligned. My car remained in the shop for an extended period while parts were ordered. had to be redone because the glass was not properly centered or aligned. At my request, Louie was able to arrange for the dealership to cover the cost of re-tinting the front and rear windshields. This I'm most greatfull for, initally the request was denied.
