It's nice to have a job I love going to each and every day. However, outside of the Showroom I enjoy challenging myself physically, progressing my skills musically, and training my dog Toby. I decided to become a Volvo Sales Consultant because I enjoy people. My father came from a family of 12. Myself, the oldest in a family of 8. I've always had a "Get It Done" mentality. The sales experience was good (4/5), but the overall experience with purchasing a Certified vehicle was ruined by a poor inspection by the service department. Upon the return trip home.several issues were discovered that should have been rectified before listing for sale. Volvo needs to perform a Quality inspection of the work performed to ensure their reputation isn’t tarnished by pencil pushing. CPOs out the door. These are blatant errors of inspection oversight and borderline on being criminal misrepresentation. More

This was my first sales interaction with this dealership and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slo and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slow and tedious. You get bumped and pushed and can wait for hours. The management and/or finance people do not go the extra mile. Chris, my sales rep, was great trying to maneuver the bumps. Chris also is very knowledgeable about the Volvo vehicles and all the bells and whistles. I met the Service Director, Julian. I'm hoping the Service Dept continues with their high ratings when I need them. More
