It's nice to have a job I love going to each and every day. However, outside of the Showroom I enjoy challenging myself physically, progressing my skills musically, and training my dog Toby. I decided to become a Volvo Sales Consultant because I enjoy people. My father came from a family of 12. Myself, the oldest in a family of 8. I've always had a "Get It Done" mentality. This was my first sales interaction with this dealership and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slo and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slow and tedious. You get bumped and pushed and can wait for hours. The management and/or finance people do not go the extra mile. Chris, my sales rep, was great trying to maneuver the bumps. Chris also is very knowledgeable about the Volvo vehicles and all the bells and whistles. I met the Service Director, Julian. I'm hoping the Service Dept continues with their high ratings when I need them. More

Totally unexpected over the top help from Chris. I called because I was in an emergency situation regarding my key not working, and I was having issues with locking my door in the City. Chris provided me many different ways to fix the key as well as called me back to talk to me about the Volvo remote services app and directed me to the site and sent me a link. There’s not many people these days that take that extra step to help somebody out when they’re in need and Chris did that! They’re a closer dealer than my old dealer so I will come here from now on!
