When I came in for an oil change, my tires were rotated. When I left the dealership, my low pressure tire sensors were going off that my tire was basically flat. I brought my car back in the following week When I left the dealership, my low pressure tire sensors were going off that my tire was basically flat. I brought my car back in the following week (it was now the weekend and the service center was closed). They “fixed” the issue. One day later, the sensor went off again. I was not offered an immediate appointment, instead, days later. Once again, I brought my car on and waited almost two hours for them to fix it. I understand things happen, however, after 3 visits, and a total of 5.5 hours at the dealership, I was not offered anything, not even an apology for the inconvenience. A free oil change would have been nice, at least something. I’m pretty unhappy with this level of service. More

Overall, it was good. However, they told me I would have to get a new oil pan at my next oil change because threads were worn. The only place I have taken my car for an oil change since I bought it is Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL. They should be the ones that pay to replace the oil pan, not me.
