A Northeast native, I moved to VT in 1999. After 20+ years working in restaurants, including 9 years owning a Pizzeria/ Pub, I decided to enter the automotive sales business for my love of Toyota and connecting with people. I promise to bring a casual yet informative experience to your vehicle shopping process. I am a loyal Toyota customer myself having owned three Tacomas and three 4Runners. In my spare time I can be found snowboarding, fishing, or just enjoying some quiet time with family. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting new people and matching them to the Toyota of their dreams!

Chris Ferguson was an amazing salesman. He didn't pressure me into getting anything except what I wanted. He worked with me nonstop to get me driving in my new 2024 Rav4 Hybrid! He answered all my questions and helped me organize everything even through email! He was great at communicating and made my experience as seamless as possible. Patrick from finance helped me with the coverage I wanted at a price that was doable as well! I'm beyond happy I chose this dealership. It was well worth my hour drive there! I'll continue to use them for all my needs. And hopefully I will be able to purchase another car with Chris again in the future! More

Chris Ferguson = Outstanding! I'm fairly critical of my interactions with sales staff no matter the industry. I'm detailed oriented and particular about what I'm interested in. I also get very annoyed when sales staff are too pushy, lack interest in their product, or generally don't care enough. If you're anything like me, work with Chris. Chris is calm and collected. Working with him felt relaxed yet still professional. I felt like he just wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me. I definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. More

I highly recommend working with Chris Ferguson to purchase Toyota vehicle. I purchased a new 2024 Sienna Hybrid AWD Limited with Chris's excellent work. He followed all the details, on schedule, exce purchase Toyota vehicle. I purchased a new 2024 Sienna Hybrid AWD Limited with Chris's excellent work. He followed all the details, on schedule, excellent communication skills, kept me informed on the delivery schedule and readiness of the Sienna for pickup. Chris made of video of sienna and emailed me few days before the pickup date. He puts customer first, no pressure of any kind. I drove from Pennsylvania to Vermont to pickup Sienna. I enjoyed working with Chris, Ed Larkin, and Patrick Weeks at Heritage Toyota, all are friendly, customer focused and served me very well. I ordered Sienna in December 2023 and picked up in December 2024. This is our 2nd Sienna and 6th Toyota vehicle. I will definitely work with Heritage Toyota again and urge other to do so. More
