If you have a choice, go somewhere else. I can’t speak about the sales department, but the service department is terrible. It is very unorganized. Want to leave a message for your advisor? Good luck. Waiting to hear from your advisor? Good luck. Forget about asking someone to do something that is not their specific responsibility. That’s not their job! And don’t even think about complaining to the service manager, because he will just blame others (maybe even you) for their problems. Fortunately for them, there are no other Hyundai dealerships within 100 miles. If they had any competition, they would be out of business in six months. If you are stuck having to go there, I feel sorry for you. More
