Growing up in Falmouth and attending college in Florida, there is certainly still no place like the Cape to live. This is an excellent dealership. The service department is top rate. From the moment I arrived Essence and Patrick were wonderful, professional and friendly. Then Tom McCarthy took over and within 24 hours is top rate. From the moment I arrived Essence and Patrick were wonderful, professional and friendly. Then Tom McCarthy took over and within 24 hours the parts were delivered, installed and I was on my way. The team made sure I understood the process, warranty and other fine points of the service. The accessory crew and the sales team answered all my questions with good cheer. And Chris helped me with extending warranty. This is a model property for best customer service practices. More
