It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Excellent experience I came in at my appointment time and guys were already waiting for me.... My service adviser Chris Clem was very nice and professional! I did not even I came in at my appointment time and guys were already waiting for me.... My service adviser Chris Clem was very nice and professional! I did not even notice the time fly by and I was already done. Guys even washed my car at the end and gave me a BMW hat, how nice of them. Excellent Service I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink st I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink station and grab a tea while my paperwork was being processed. I was given a "loaner" car to use for 24 hours while my car was being serviced. When I returned to get my car, it was washed and returned to me in better shape than when I arrived. I appreciate Chris Clem for his patience and friendliness---every time I have an issue, he takes care of it!! More
