Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Excellent Service I was greeted in a friendly manner! I had limited time and was handled in a timely manner!! Chris Clem, the service advisor, took time to familiarize me with the loaner car I was "comped"! I also live in Illinois and made a special trip to this dealership in Missouri because of the service department! Facility is very well managed!! More

Excellent Customer Service I took my car in for some routine service and found the customer service of Chris Clem to be outstanding. He was friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. He even noticed some things that he thought needed to be examined and he was right. I truly appreciate that Autohaus BMS provides you with a loaner car so that you can carry on with the plans of the day. That sure beats waiting in a smokey lounge like you have to at other dealerships. I will definitely return the next time my car has to be serviced. Thanks again Chris for your outstanding assistance. Chris is Awesome I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointm I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointments for at least a week. I took a chance on just walking in hoping I would get the help I needed. Chris came out of his office with a smile and paid close attention to everything I had to say with no interruptions. He assured me that everything would be taken care of, placed me in a loaner, and the rest is history. Chris kept in contact with me during the process informing me of the issues and what needed to be done. This was the best experience I have had so far with the service department and Chris made it happen. More

Dan Wirick is my service advisor and always goes out of his way to take great care of our vehicles. Dan's attention to detail is wonderful. As the owner of an older BMW, Rusty Yost and the entire parts department always take the time to make sure I have the parts and supplies I need. More
