Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Emergency Repair i don't live in St. Louis, but drove there for meetings. On my way, I hit a pothole, which clearly did some damage to my car. I called Chris Ckem first thing the next morning and, although the they had 50 appointments that day, Chris recognized that I was I a terrible bind and went a I've and beyond to work me in, order a new wheel for my car, and have my car repaired all within 24 hours. Chris even provided practical, reasonable advice, given the unexpected expensive repairs to my car. Other dealerships in the area were indicating that I might be stranded over the weekend because of their inability to help. I'll forever refer people to Chris Clem at Autohaus. More

Nov 18 2014 with Chris Clem Chris fit me in even though Autohaus was very busy, provided a clean loner appropriate for the weather and obviously my car's problem was resolved. He couldn't have been nicer and had a car ready and waiting for me. I thought my car would be at the service center all day, but he called to tell me it was ready just a few hours later. Chris couldn't have been more efficient! (The only disappointing thing is that I failed to bring my car in on time for warranty service check ups, as I was too busy, and I didn't realize my warranty time expired, thus incurring costs for the service. ) More
