I love the Autohaus service dept. I went to the service event on 10/19. I did not go because I thought I had a problem with my 330. I just like the opportunity to have my car inspected and to join the service technician in the service bay during the inspection. I always have questions to ask. 2 minutes after arriving at the service bay, Greg said he could see I already had a problem. He noticed that my right front tire had an area of damage. Todd and Greg decided I should not drive the car with the damaged tire. They originally spoke of getting a loaner for me, but then decided just to replace the tire while I waited. 45 minutes later, I had a new tire and my car had been washed and I was on my way. Many thanks to Greg, Todd, Chris Buie and Chris Clem. I am also grateful to the woman in the finance dept who suggested I purchase the damaged tire insurance on the day I bought my car!! More

Service at Autohaus has always been excellent and exceeds all expectations. Drop off of the vehicle on day one and pick up of the vehicle on day two.
