Chris Clark helped me out with a difficult out of state purchase. I got a really quality car with no issues and no hassle. About an hour after I got the car I realized it was missing the handle to adjust t purchase. I got a really quality car with no issues and no hassle. About an hour after I got the car I realized it was missing the handle to adjust the seat! This is an “as-is” car so any other place would have said no to fixing it. But Chris and Suburban of Farmington Hills went above and beyond and told me to bring it back so they can fix it. It’s a minor fix but a huge gesture! I recommend contacting Chris at Suburban Imports for any in state or out of state purchases!!Also I work on the phones all day so it is hard for me to take calls and Chris accommodated by texting me and answering any questions I had with a quick response. 5 stars ! More

Everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable and helpful to all of my needs. I was in need of a reliable vehicle and this was my first time buying a car for myself. Chris was the salesman who helped helpful to all of my needs. I was in need of a reliable vehicle and this was my first time buying a car for myself. Chris was the salesman who helped me and I’m really grateful that he’s the guy I went too. He helped ease my nerves and explained everything about the process and the he was very knowledgeable of all the features of the cars I test drove that day. He was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel like a burden when I wanted to test drive and decide between multiple vehicles. He really helped make the process and my options easy to understand and his jovial spirit made me feel comfortable even in a new and unfamiliar and anxiety filled situation of getting a new car. Everyone of the staff I met were really kind and courteous to me. Blake in the finance department was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough of all of the financial matters. He is so excellent at his job and makes sure you know where all of your money is going, leaving you with a peace of mind. That man will sell you all of the add-ons a car can come with if you let him lol. Jennifer in the Finance department was also a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and welcoming and helpful with my payment options. Poor girl deserves a raise for being able to keep a gentle, friendly composure when her environment was fast paced with phones ringing off the hook. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience and would definitely recommend this dealership and staff to friends and family in need of a new vehicle. More
