Ms. Pancake, we apologize for your frustration. Our goodwill efforts to pay for an out of warranty $1500.00 repair and also pay for a rental car was a way for us to participate due to your frustration. The vehicle is out of factory warranty. We are here to help. Please contact our Operations Manager Peggy Roberts at 910-798-4706. We look forward to your call. Thank you
