Took my Pilot in for a recall on the hood latch. Had to wait a while at check in, but a service person kept me abreast of where I was in the line and apologized for the delay. PK is excellent. I have bought 3 cars from her in the past 9 months. She is friendly and wentout of her way to help me. He answered every question I had and has followed up after the sale of each vehicle to ensure I was happy with vehicle.
