I bought my first BMW from autohaus in 2017. The service and treatment has been amazing. I bought my second BMW from autohaus m550I in 2023 same amazing treatment up until my last visit for an o The service and treatment has been amazing. I was very disappointed on receiving my vehicle back with ivory Iinterior in color with oil on the door handle on the seat on the armrest. Only to have to bring it to their attention to address it. That was very disappointing for me! More

This review is for a recent service visit that was, unfortunately, a complete disaster from start to finish. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service and a routine oil change. While there, I als unfortunately, a complete disaster from start to finish. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service and a routine oil change. While there, I also requested a quote for a small piece of my convertible top. The initial quote for the part was already a ridiculous price, but that was just the beginning of the problems. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find that the dealership had broken a piece of my convertible top that was not broken when I dropped the car off. The most infuriating part is that they are now trying to charge me for the broken piece and the additional labor required to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, I was charged for work that was never performed. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone to reconsider bringing their car to this dealership for any service. More

They need to improve comunication. If you are going to send texts you need to respond to texts.
