Excellent service. My Service Manager, Mr. Chong Lee, was courteous and understanding—very professional. He explained everything and was helpful in prioritizing work on an older BMW I was making reliable for a grandchild attending college. The repair was timely and I was provided loaner transportation while the repair was being made. I am a fairly regular customer; I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer, instead of a source of revenue. My service appointments have been satisfactory or better. And management personnel like Mr. Chong make dreaded repairs and servicing a tolerable experience. More

Does not take care of the customer. BMW does not make the service experience so you will come and buy another BMW. They do not go out of their way to have the vehicle ride better. They will make you keep warped rotors on you car till the break pads wear down to 4 mm. So when I go to stop the car vibrates. My last BMW. More

Where to begin. First, it took countless phone calls to schedule a service appointment and even then we did not receive a call back and only was able to personally s First, it took countless phone calls to schedule a service appointment and even then we did not receive a call back and only was able to personally schedule the appointment. Then the appointment was scheduled for a time when the service center was not even open, then the car was there for a replacement windshield and the wrong windshields have been ordered and the service department neglected to reserve a loaner car because they had not advised that with a replacement windshield the car could not be driven for 24 hours and we only found this out later. Then the car was not available when promised the service staff customer service was incredibly rude and overworked and then they never gave us the estimate for the cost of the replacement windshield and advised that we should be contacting the insurance company and coordinating directly with BMW and then to top it all off we were promised lease quotes for a replacement vehicle and not only were they not ready when promised when I met with a sales person and waited for 30 minutes he was still not able to provide the quotes and when I left and was promised the quotes I’ve yet to receive them. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I would never return for service here. The only bright shining point of this entire service debacle was Chong Lee who personally wash the car when it had not been done and helped me in any form or fashion More
