Everyone I dealt with at Toyota of Wallingford was knowledgeable and friendly especially the salesperson Shay Sadosky who assisted me with the purchase of a 2025 Toyota Camry. Throughout the purchase process Shay presented all options in a clear and professional manner. Although there are other Toyota dealers closer to where I live, I will most likely return to Toyota of Wallingford for future servicing due to the treatment I received. More

I recently went to Toyota of Wallingford to talk about possibly getting a new vehicle. It was 17 1/2 years since I last got a new car (or any car) so I wasn't familiar with the current process. I had made possibly getting a new vehicle. It was 17 1/2 years since I last got a new car (or any car) so I wasn't familiar with the current process. I had made an appointment before heading to the dealership. Cheryl McKenna of the Internet Department set up my appointment. She was pleasant to deal with. When I arrived, I checked in at the front desk and was directed to sit down at any available table in the showroom. Product Specialist Denny Boedhoe soon came out and greeted me. I told him I was interested in a Prius Prime. He answered some questions I had as car technology has advanced a lot since I purchased my last car there (a Corolla). He got some data sheets for each of the two Prius Primes they had available. He explained the differences. After I decided on the version I wanted, he explained the purchase options (lease, buy, or finance). I decided to finance the car. I had frozen my credit a few years back. Denny helped me try to unfreeze the credit. We were only able to unfreeze one of the 2 that they needed to check my credit. Denny passed the info to the Dan Roberts of the finance department. Denny took me out to the car, and we took a test drive. It was love at first sight. He explained a lot of the technology. After we got back, Dan Robers came out and said that one of the necessary credit agencies was still frozen. I explained why. He went away. He came back and told me he was able to get credit for me. Denny helped me contact my insurance company and get my insurance changed from my Corolla (which I was trading in) to the Prius Prime. He directed me to the business manager who went over the loan and the paperwork. He had me sign where necessary and gave me copies of the documents. I went back out. Denny directed me to a branch of my bank where I was able to get the down payment. I went back and gave it to Denny. The car was going to be ready for me the next day after they put on a protective coating on the outside and a protective coating on the inside. I came back the next day. Denny again showed me the various technology of the car. Denny was very personable. He never made me feel he was trying to upsell me. He said call him any time with questions. He took me on a tour of the service area. It was amazingly clean and orderly. He took me to a radio station they have there were I talked to the DJs which was really cool. Dan Roberts was great. He made what could be a stressful process go smoothly. I've dealt with Toyota of Wallingford for 17 1/2 years. My experiences have always been great. This is probably my last car (I'm 65), but if I ever get another one, it will be at Toyota of Wallingford More

The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, diligent and professional. I requested a specific car, and they thought it might take 4-5 months, but I got it in 2.5. I was apprehensive at first, but I could see that Mark is passionate about his customers, so I put my faith in him and had an amazing experience with regular, timely updates along the way. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Steve, and he is an absolute gem. He is a testament to the success of the dealership, and he is an amazing community partner to Wallingford (and WPS), Veterans, the Animal Haven, etc. (He won’t tell you, so I will.) More

I’d had a series of disappointing experiences during my search at various out of state dealerships. Thankfully the team at Wallingford put that to an end by being straightforward and getting me a car that search at various out of state dealerships. I put a deposit down and then traveled across several states; they had everything ready and Mark and Dan did a great job shepherding me through the process. It was worth the trip!
