Toyota of Brookfield went out of their way to complete a trade in and new lease deal of my 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. My salesperson Nick Terranova was patient and transparent along the way along with s trade in and new lease deal of my 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. My salesperson Nick Terranova was patient and transparent along the way along with sales manager Chelsea who really made the deal happen! As I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive which took two months, Nick kept in constant communication with me which was very refreshing. To my surprise the vehicle that ended up coming in had way more options on it then I asked for, but Nick and Chelsea were able to make it fit into the budget constraints I had asked for. Amazing experience and I highly recommend the dealership, especially Nick and Chelsea to work with! More

Horrific experience buying a vehicle. Placed a down payment…. Awaited the vehicle - 2 months. Not only did they never obtain the vehicle. Never communicated their inability to do so. Placed a down payment…. Awaited the vehicle - 2 months. Not only did they never obtain the vehicle. Never communicated their inability to do so. Eventually had to go find another option with help of Toyota brand management. MY initial deposit was held until I finally disputed with my card holder. Just excuse after excuse. Salesman quit/fired. Manager failed to pick up the order after that. No calls. No emails. Poor communication. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other quality Toyota dealerships in town. More
