We feel terrible any time a deal falls through; unfortunately, the ultimate authority on whether a loan will be approved or not, lies with the lender. When a trade is misrepresented as having been paid-off, only for us to discover later that there was a significant balance owed, and we are unable to overcome the adjusted figures with the bank, then the deal falls through, and we need our vehicle back.
