I had several issues with a 2016 Colorado, that I bought from carmax. There was a recall and parts that were aftermarket, that we didn’t know about when we bought it. McLoughlin chevy’s service advisor Kels from carmax. There was a recall and parts that were aftermarket, that we didn’t know about when we bought it. McLoughlin chevy’s service advisor Kelsea Phipps, went above and beyond to get everything worked out with carmax, took car of the rental and made sure we were kept up dated on the progress!
