Charles Thrash is a gem of a man. If everything else (getting my check timely) was handled as smoothly as my dealing with Charles, I would have given 5 stars. Eric always returned my calls, which is not something always done at dealerships. Gay Otey ultimately saved the day for me when I spoke her on the 12th day. Once she got in the loop I had my check the same day. She was wonderful. It should not, however, have taken 12 days and five calls to get to that point. Thank you. More

Joe & Charlie were very patient :) I was probably one of the worst customers Joe & Charlie have ever dealt with, literally not even a joke either. As soon as we went in Toyota it was my I was probably one of the worst customers Joe & Charlie have ever dealt with, literally not even a joke either. As soon as we went in Toyota it was my way or the highway. Joe had kept in contact with me and my fiancé for over a year trying to find the perfect car for us, within our budget. And he did just that, but I for sure gave him a run for his money :) Charlie gave us an offer we couldn’t turn down, and Joe was incredibly kind & patient with me. The car we purchased was still dirty inside, but after already waiting days for it, I demanded it be done or the deal was off so it was my fault. And Even though buying our first car was such a hassle for us, Joe went above and beyond for us, and I’m thankful for that. Go see either Joe or Charlie- or both they’re great! :) More

Awesome! My parents bought a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid in 2017 and I just bought one for myself in 2018. My mother bought one from Antwaun and Charlie about 6 months My parents bought a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid in 2017 and I just bought one for myself in 2018. My mother bought one from Antwaun and Charlie about 6 months prior to my deal. I have to say I really enjoy my vehicle and I really want to thank Antwaun and Charlie for there patience. Antwaun was always pleasant and kind and made the process very quick and easy. He answered all my questions and searched near and far for every color that I asked to see with all the options. Charlie and Alex put the finishing touches on the sale and I was out in no time. I would like to thank the Toyota team and everyone who was involved in my sale.
