My sales representative Charles Meuser went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into a vehicle I loved within a price range that was more than reasonable. He was extremely professional as well as friendly and down to earth and went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and that I had everything I needed to bring my new car home the day I expected to. Furthermore when it was time to sit with the finance person, which I'm sure everyone is familiar with and dreads, I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and Javier. Easy going, knowledgable, and respectful. Did not pressure me or try to get me to purchase anything I didn't feel I wanted. Walked me through what I did want. No hidden gimmicks or numbers at the end. From start to finish was the best experience I have ever had getting a car. Such a great team.
