I feel like i was overcharged. They foced the extra warranty that I didn't want, and will never use, & kept me waiting around at the dealership all day. The 2016 ford f150 I got had a skipped gear in the tranny but I knew it was time for the 1000,000 mile tranny flush so I bought it .. Car dealerships are tough. It’s often a stressful, high pressure experience where your guard is up the whole time trying avoid being scammed or taken advantage of. Tim’s Truck It’s often a stressful, high pressure experience where your guard is up the whole time trying avoid being scammed or taken advantage of. Tim’s Truck Capital was genuinely the only dealership I’ve ever been to that felt so relaxed, respectful, and reasonable. The process was smooth, and everyone was very friendly and considerate. I truly cannot recommend them enough, especially if you’ve had less than ideal experiences at dealerships in the past. I walked away absolutely amazed at how pleasant it all was. Definitely worth stopping by! More

Bad experience. Advertised a year of Sirius but did not deliver. Truck had a bad battery and I had to wait 3 weeks to get them to fix it. Salesman (Charlie) was nice Advertised a year of Sirius but did not deliver. Truck had a bad battery and I had to wait 3 weeks to get them to fix it. Salesman (Charlie) was nice but the management is untrustworthy. Would not recommend. edit: 10/25/24 I have offered to send a picture of the advertisement showing 1 year of Sirius through email since i can't attach here. I'm kinda over it. More
