I was shopping around to find my father a truck for Christmas. His current truck rusted out and wouldn’t get a new sticker. I met the crew over at Tim’s truck Capital and worked with Charlie. He was terrific…down to earth and easy to talk business with. I ended up purchasing a great Nissan Frontier from Tim’s a few weeks before Christmas. I couldn’t wait until Christmas morning to surprise him. A few days before Christmas, I was at the gas station filling the truck up before the big day when I noticed light shining up through the truck bed. I looked a little closer and it was a hole that has rusted completely through the bed. Needless to say I didn’t want my dad to trade one rusty tuck for another. I called Tim’s, not sure if they’d be willing to help, but to my surprise, they said bring it back and they’d repair it. And that’s what they did, it was completely fixed free of charge. We all missed the hole but they wanted to make sure dad got a solid truck for Christmas. Thanks to Tim’s and especially Charlie! More

My wife and I recently got a 2016 Subaru crosstrek for a commuter for me. The clutch ended up letting go and they really went the extra mile to help us out. I NEVER got a return call, when I left a message. It was a crap shoot to see who you were going to talk to. The detailing was very poor. It took me a full day to clean my truck the right way. Just because the truck had high mileage that was no excuse for not giving me a 30-day warranty. My biggest disappointment was very very dirty truck was given to me. Also, they didn't get my insurance set up that day I had to do it. It. I needed a windshield and it took 2 weeks to get it installed. The windshield was filthy, needless to say, I lost that in my 20-day plates. More
