If you want to have the worst car service experience ever, this is the place! Service advisor hung up on my when I called at 2:30 to ask why my car was not only not ready by 2:00 when they had promised ever, this is the place! Service advisor hung up on my when I called at 2:30 to ask why my car was not only not ready by 2:00 when they had promised it would be, but they had not ever started working on it. When I called back I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, could not get anyone on the line to find out when I could get my car back since they were supposed to pick me up. I had to get a ride from a neighbor to get back to the dealership to get my car. Just terrible! More
