The gal checking in the car took the initiative to check why service was putting in the oil that isn’t recommended by ford. When I bring the car in I have to remind them it’s a Fusion energy. When my wife brings it in even if it tell her the keep outing blend oil. At least with the girl, I didn’t have to argue with the service advisor that it takes full synthetic! She assured me it will be noted in the future. Remember, Valvoline looks at the oil specification that is on the Motor.
