I typically don’t write product review, but would like to share my purchase experience this time. Overall, it is very satisfying to buy a new Toyota Sienna from Parkway. Particularly, my sale agent, Charles share my purchase experience this time. Overall, it is very satisfying to buy a new Toyota Sienna from Parkway. Particularly, my sale agent, Charles W. did a great job to take care my purchase. I have been waiting for more than 1.5 years for getting a Sienna from another dealer, but they seems can’t get enough allocations, so I contact Parkway and got an allocation within a couple of months. During this process, Charles is very helpful and professional. Under current seller market situation, it becomes rare that a salesperson would spend time introducing car and its features…Charles did a great job for that in our initial conversation. And, he kept me updated until my Sienna is allocated. Then, he helped me to customize the port installed accessories timely without putting pressure on customers to buy more. I asked his recommendations and he explained if it is worth to have. After my Sienna arrived, we closed the deal as it was agreed. No additional fees and surprising charges from the sale side, which makes my purchase experience very pleasant. He got my car registered and was kind to plan to deliver it to my house. Through I picked it up, I do want to thank his offer and kindness. After I got my car in hand, I had a few questions and texted him, he was always responsive and willing to help. Particularly, somehow my home link cannot be connected with my garage door, and he offered to stop by to help. Overall, Charles is very good and I have already recommended him to my friends. Additionally, I also want to thank the client manager Sue and sale manager Thomas for their initial help to set the deal, which let me get a new Sienna 2024 at MSRP. Again, I highly recommend Parkway Toyota and sale agent Charles W. for any potential buyers. More

When reaching out to an online chat the woman on the other end said she would have a client adviser reach out. I received an auto generated message from a client advisor. I had some questions that needed to be answered so the " make and appointment " button in the automated email was not what i needed. Called the dealership 2 days later and was told car had a deposit and then it was sold but not sure and idk 100%.. so asked for Manger to call me. Rudest person I have ever spoken to. Said client advisor reached out via email. Actually no HE didn't.. an auto generated email did. So he said we'll at the end of the day car is sold. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

After looking at like 5 dealers, I found this dealer. By far the best. No crazy add ons or pressure tactics. I got my wife a rav 4. I went to Parkway to look at 2 Tacomas, one used, one new and met Charles Wiseman. A true gentleman, who took the time to show me both vehicles, accompanied me on the test drives, answering all my questions, and met Charles Wiseman. Charles then sat with me and explained the advantages of both vehicles, the cost differences and the warranty of each. In the end I decided to purchase the new Tacoma. We wrote up our agreement and 15 minutes later I met Helio, who walked me through the finance agreement. Helio took the time to explain extended warranties, car service programs and protections. A "no pressure" presentation that culminated in a simple business transaction to complete the purchase. Charles then walked me through the timeline to process the paperwork, (it was after 8pm) have the truck cleaned and detailed and my add-ons installed. He even offered to deliver the truck to me, once completed! I took him up on that offer and 40 hours later, I had my new truck! This was easily one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have made (well over 25 others in my life), completed with no pressure, no hidden fees and with true professionals! Both Charles and Helio are assets to Parkway Toyota! Thank you Parkway!!! More

I received no dealer tricks as of up to $5k over MSRP,add ons that are pointless, or ghosted all together. Charles was amazing, super polite, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to what I wanted. Charles walked me through the process with no pressure. Even in the fiance office, I did not feel pressured or forced anything I didn't want. I will be a customer for life. By far the best experience I have had in any toyota dealer in all of massachusetts. More

We just purchased a 2022 RAV4 Prime from Charles at Parkway Toyota! I had been calling around and there weren’t any Primes available. We were going to go to the dealership the next day but after discussing it we decided to call back and ask if we could put a down payment on it so no one else could. Management called me back after hours and helped set everything in motion. We had never purchased anything sight unseen before. It was a bit scary. We had to wait a couple of months for the car to arrive. Charles kept me posted on its status. Once it arrived Charles called us and we scheduled our delivery. When I saw the vehicle I was extremely relieved. It was better that I had hoped! It was gorgeous! I had never driven a Hybrid before and this car is amazing! The transaction itself was pretty seamless seeing we were purchasing the vehicle for our business. Business transactions always take longer but the dealership is really comfortable so it didn’t feel like we were there forever. Charles and the rest of the staff were excellent! For a great car and an excellent experience I highly recommend Parkway Toyota! More
