I went to Parkway to look at 2 Tacomas, one used, one new and met Charles Wiseman. A true gentleman, who took the time to show me both vehicles, accompanied me on the test drives, answering all my questions, and met Charles Wiseman. Charles then sat with me and explained the advantages of both vehicles, the cost differences and the warranty of each. In the end I decided to purchase the new Tacoma. We wrote up our agreement and 15 minutes later I met Helio, who walked me through the finance agreement. Helio took the time to explain extended warranties, car service programs and protections. A "no pressure" presentation that culminated in a simple business transaction to complete the purchase. Charles then walked me through the timeline to process the paperwork, (it was after 8pm) have the truck cleaned and detailed and my add-ons installed. He even offered to deliver the truck to me, once completed! I took him up on that offer and 40 hours later, I had my new truck! This was easily one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have made (well over 25 others in my life), completed with no pressure, no hidden fees and with true professionals! I received no dealer tricks as of up to $5k over MSRP,add ons that are pointless, or ghosted all together. Charles was amazing, super polite, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to what I wanted. Charles walked me through the process with no pressure. Even in the fiance office, I did not feel pressured or forced anything I didn't want. I will be a customer for life. By far the best experience I have had in any toyota dealer in all of massachusetts. More

We just purchased a 2022 RAV4 Prime from Charles at Parkway Toyota! I had been calling around and there weren’t any Primes available. I called Parkway late one evening and asked if they had any available. They said they had one in transit that was available. We were going to go to the dealership the next day but after discussing it we decided to call back and ask if we could put a down payment on it so no one else could. Management called me back after hours and helped set everything in motion. We had never purchased anything sight unseen before. It was a bit scary. We had to wait a couple of months for the car to arrive. Charles kept me posted on its status. Once it arrived Charles called us and we scheduled our delivery. When I saw the vehicle I was extremely relieved. It was better that I had hoped! It was gorgeous! I had never driven a Hybrid before and this car is amazing! The transaction itself was pretty seamless seeing we were purchasing the vehicle for our business. Business transactions always take longer but the dealership is really comfortable so it didn’t feel like we were there forever. Charles and the rest of the staff were excellent! For a great car and an excellent experience I highly recommend Parkway Toyota! More

For our car buying process, Charles went through the car's specs and numbers carefully, kept in touch with us through out the entire car shipping process, and stayed late until 8 p.m. (on the car's arrival day) to get our car registered and showed up at 8 a.m. the next day to make sure we can pick up the car early (We did tell him that we want to pick up the car before 10 a.m.) Additionally, a lot of times when we were waiting for the documents to be processed, Charles and us had a lot of chat conversations. He made sure that we felt comfortable at the dealership. And indeed, we felt pleasant having him around and appreciate his business as well as his characters. I have great experience with Parkway although the paperwork took extensive amount of time. He was very patient answering all of our questions and eagered to learn of any concerns we may have. While waiting for the car arrival, Charles also reached out and provided updates.
