Tried to Rip Us OFF Chris did a nice job of working with us as we wanted to purchase a new Outback to upgrade from our 2015 model. However when Charles came to us with a Chris did a nice job of working with us as we wanted to purchase a new Outback to upgrade from our 2015 model. However when Charles came to us with an offer he must have though we just jumped off the pumpkin truck as he not only gave us a the lowest offer we ever got for the car but then wanted to charge us almost $1000 for a little scratch that could be rubbed out with compound and a small door rent that would cost $25 to have pulled out - but it was barely legible. My car was otherwise in mint condition. I later polished the scratch out (the size of a penny) and had the dent removed for $25. We later traded for another vehicle getting substantially more money for it. My advice is to forget these guys. They have an image of nice guys with a dog in the showroom and lots of TV commercials. But they are leaches ready to screw anyone who comes in. Please beware!! If I could rate Charles less than poor I would but the system will not allow it. More
