By the time we rolled in to My Valley Subaru the old car had over 135 miles on it. With the new Subaru Outbacks sporting so much advanced technology, I was worried I'd have trouble driving one. Salesman Mike Cole was very reassuring, friendly, funny and calm during my test drive and just as reassuring, friendly, funny and calm during the buying process. Not once did I ever feel pressured to buy something I didn't understand or didn't want. He could answer any question, never made me feel silly for asking one and clearly knows these cars.
