On the way to the dealership Mike gave me an opportunity to take the wheel of the pick up car which was very similar to my new vehicle; a more substantial way to introduce a new owner to a Subaru product than the usual test drive experience. I came into Valley on a rainy Saturday afternoon and was greeted my Mike Desmond immediately. I was referred by Colonial in Charlottesville since I was looking for a Subaru. I had some questions about the Outback and was interested in the 4 CYL and the 6 CYL. Mike showed me the pros and cons of both and we took a test drive in both as well. He truly does understand the product in depth and really helped me with my decision. I ended up going with the 4 Cylinder and Charles and Mike both got my payment to where I needed it to be. When picking the car up I dealt with Jessi for paperwork. She was great as well and really does understand the value in the products. Overall I had a great experience with Valley. Mike, Charles and Jessi are all very knowledgeable and really do want what is best for the customer. I highly recommend shopping at Valley for your next Subaru purchase! More

I've worked with Carmen many times and have always been treated with respect and fairly. Appointments are easy to get, always on time, and are done quickly. I also purchased a new Outback last week. It was about as stress free as possible considering spending over $30K. My primary contact was Caroluce in new care sales. She was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and efficient with the car and the sales process. More
