After searching and comparing different car brands, we knew Lexus was the right place as soon as we walked in. The experience was pressure-free and there weren’t any pushy sales tactics. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We worked with Tim Smith and he answered all our questions and was very proactive in sending us updates on the GX 550 we ordered but never pushy. He did not bombard us with emails. We were fortunate enough to deal with Tim throughout the transaction. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and worked tirelessly to make it happen. It was obvious from the time we met that we would be very comfortable with him, and based on the number of awards he’s received, many others have been too. You won’t find a better person to work with on your next Lexus purchase than Tim Smith. Even Dan Paley, the business manager we signed the financial papers with at the end couldn’t have been more pleasant, helpful and enjoyable. It was a great experience all around. The staff treated us exceptionally well, ensuring a smooth and pleasant buying process. Recently, we returned for an oil change and tire service. While waiting, we appreciated the convenience of their cozy cafeteria, which provided complimentary refreshments. A couple of days after the service, we noticed a minor oil leak. Upon contacting the dealership, they promptly addressed our concern by picking up the car from our home in Ocala the same day. To minimize any inconvenience, they provided us with a loaner vehicle while they resolved the issue. The following day, our car was returned to our doorstep in perfect condition, and they retrieved the loaner. Overall, the service at Lexus of Wesley chapel has been outstanding. From the initial purchase to after-sales support, every interaction has been positive. We plan to continue servicing our vehicles there and will undoubtedly consider Lexus of Wesley chapel for any future car purchases. More
