great customer service I was in need of a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price. I did not have good credit, so I was very happy when Mr Archer helped worked things out al I was in need of a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price. I did not have good credit, so I was very happy when Mr Archer helped worked things out along with the finance department so I could be in a reliable vehicle and a comfortable price range. Our demands for a specif We just bought a Kia Sorento from Casey. The sales team we dealt with was Brandon Thomson, Charles Archer and James Burley. Our demands for a specific car were high; the specific car we wanted was hard to find. James worked very hard to locate and acquire it. Brandon provided a variety of models for me to test drive and was great company. Charles was, in my opinion, the consummate salesman; a delight to work with. He did a lot of hand holding during the acquisition process, was infinitely patient with us and proved by his actions and behavior that he was clearly there to help and make us happy. He succeeded. Best service I've ever had! I had Charles Archer as a salesman and he was absolutely amazing at his job. He treated me with respect at all times, he worked with me in any way he I had Charles Archer as a salesman and he was absolutely amazing at his job. He treated me with respect at all times, he worked with me in any way he could and in the end he even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to walk in the freezing cold! 10 out of 10 would most definitely recommend!
