I bought my first 2022 Venza XLE from Nanliz in August of 2022. Unfortunately she was totaled in an 8 car pile up in February 2023. She was still drivable and my insurance didn’t say it was totaled until end 2022. Unfortunately she was totaled in an 8 car pile up in February 2023. She was still drivable and my insurance didn’t say it was totaled until end of May. The same day I found out it was totaled Nan started looking at available car options, and she was on vacation! The next day I went to the dealership to see and test drive a few cars. At the end I ended up with a Beautiful 2023 Venza limited. I love the way it drives. Nan was great in finding cars at different prices ranges. She showed me cars that were less and more than my old lease. I can’t speak for the whole dealership, but everyone that worked on my deal was awesome and Nan was a superstar! Give her a bonus!!! I will continue to take my business to Nan at Toyota of Gladstone even though it’s an hour drive because I am loyal to great people/places :) More
