I initially asked after a Prime RAV4 but ultimately decided on a Hybrid Corolla XLE based on my feature requests and size needs. Still highly recommend the Prime for anyone needing a higher profile more utility style vehicle! Parth and Dusty were a great finance/contract duo, explaining the advantages of specific packages. While I had decided previously to get the mileage and years extension for bits, bobs, big breakages etc they were able to describe how that package impacts overall Corolla lifetime and peace of mind. A lot of the culture for vehicles presently is to get one and upgrade every 2-3 years like a cellphone. While that is totally fine for others, I prefer getting the products I need with room to grow. They were able to ensure that and more! Shoutout to Charity also, for the brief but kind scheduling interaction, it was a lovely chat! I decided to got with it, and we were off to Financing, where Annie Marjanen got me a (relatively) great rate. I drove off in this used 2023 Camry Hybrid after a very efficient purchasing process. My car was missing parts of its manual, Octavio, Charity Graff and Muhammad Khan worked quickly to mail me replacements. In particular, Octavio excelled with post-sale follow-up and communication.
