The Zimpfer experience at Ricart. Zach was a delight to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% customer oriented. As we were talking about what car would be best for us, many o Zach was a delight to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% customer oriented. As we were talking about what car would be best for us, many of the Ricart sales members and managers walked by and said "hello" with a smile. Several remembered us from previous purchases :) We have bought a lot of cars in our 40 years of marriage, and, and several from Ricart, including the last 2. Ricart is not the closest Ford dealership to us, but, due to the way we have been treated, Ricart is our preferred dealership. When we came to Ricart last Friday night, Zach greeted us by name! We were impressed that he had remembered our name :). We chatted with Zach about the car we were interested in as well as what each of us had been up to in the 3 months since we were there and purchased a 2014 Mustang GT Conv. The process of buying a new car is not always fun, but with Zach, it was :). We enjoyed talking with him, as well as discussing other experiences each of us has had. He was our salesman, but with him, it was more like talking with a friend! And in finance with Chane, wow! We traded vacation stories. In the past 2 years and 3 cars, Chane was who did our paperwork. We shared our love of the beaches, food, and children. From beginning to end, buying from Ricart was an experience we recommended to our family and friends who were looking to buy a new car. More

Don't consider ANY OTHER dealership! I needed a new car. My beloved 2003 Bug had seen better days. I sooo was not looking forward to facing a group of hovering salesmen. I find good customer service to be the exception these days- not the rule. But my sister and her husband have bought two cars from Ricart, and have been very satisfied with the service, price, and quality of their purchase. They drive up from SE Ohio just to shop at Ricart. So, I spent today, May 10, 2014, at Ricart Ford. Ben Keeran (I believe I've spelled his name correctly) was phenomenal! He made me feel like the number 1 customer there, and he spent a lot of time showing me cars. He was also extremely respectful, courteous, and very friendly/communicative. And he knew his stuff. I know that Ben is a 'salesman', but he wasn't 'slick'. He was genuine. I believe the man who crunched numbers was 'Doug'. Doug was equally phenomenal! I was set on a monthly car payment to fit my budget and was not willing to bargain. Doug tried to bargain, as I would have, had I been in his place. This is his bread-and-butter. But he wasn't pushy. He was very respectful, as though maybe I were a family member he was trying to please. He gave me a very fair deal: $3,500 for my trade and 0% financing for 60 months. My credit is excellent, but I know that doesn't always go far in business. I bought an $18,230 car (2014 Ford Fiesta) for $14,975 after trade-in and $1,000 rebate. Wow! Much better than I anticipated. Finally, 'Chane' (not sure of his last name) went through the paperwork with me with a fine-tooth comb. Chane explained every thing in detail, which I appreciated. And when it came to extended warranty, he didn't pressure me. He simply gave me the facts. It might have been smart to add one, but I have to be careful with my monthly expenses, and he respected that. I will recommend EVERYONE looking for a car to visit Ricart. And I will be back! Thank you to Ben, Doug and Chane at Ricart! More

We went to Ricart Ford to turn in a Leased vehicle that was coming up for turn in or exchange. We also wanted to trade in a truck we had financed elsewhere to try and get one vehicle with one payment. Th was coming up for turn in or exchange. The interaction we had with Melissa Figgins was professional and truly a wonderful experience. Chane Collins made the signing of our documents easy and very understandable.
