As I said in my first review, the sales team (especially Kelli Slavens) went above and beyond what I truly expected from them. They gave us the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life and Kelli Slavens) went above and beyond what I truly expected from them. They gave us the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life and at 75 YOA, I have had many. They were always friendly, curteous, caring, and patient during our experience with them. I'm not sure whether the Finance Department is considered part of the sales team or not, but there are a couple of things that could have expedited and made the experience even better. One thing is that they should ALWAYS do is identify who they are immediately in verbal communications. They do in written communications, so they should in verbal as well. I never had that problem with the sales personnel. The other thing they should ALWAYS do is to verify the email address with the customer before sending any emails (especially documents). That mistake could have saved the two extra days that it cost in the transaction. Other than that, I still say it was THE BEST experience that I have had and I would recommend the Fred Martin Superstore for anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle. More

I just didn’t like how was told everything had to be listed but they kept insisting on putting a 135 dollar charge on some phantom fee that never heard of before onto the cost of my vehicle if had to be listed but they kept insisting on putting a 135 dollar charge on some phantom fee that never heard of before onto the cost of my vehicle if had to be shown then why was that fee not listed on my contract instead of the price of the vehicle. If it was a separate fee it should have been on the contract just like all the other fees they have to charge that’s why they could wave it or add it to the cost of the car. Hence a phantom fee that I still don’t know why I was charged and why if I had to pay it was was it added to the cost of the car and not separate More
