Service was good. I was kept informed. Some question regarding warranty and covered part but overall - good experience. As far as I can tell the work done has fixed the problem but time will tell. Engine warranty is for all lubricated parts for 100,000 miles or until 2024 so still not sure why the part wasn't covered. More
