I was very upset with my last experience and will not be going back. I was aware there was a diagnostic fee but I at least thought that I would get my issue resolved which I didn’t. It was way over priced a going back. I was aware there was a diagnostic fee but I at least thought that I would get my issue resolved which I didn’t. It was way over priced and I’m just going to go to my regular mechanic. The only reason why I went is because I had a coupon which I was then told at the end of my service I couldn’t use. If I couldn’t use it the girl who helped me should’ve told me that at the beginning when she saw it. After all that I didn’t even get a car wash after having my car there for a whole day not having the issue resolved and spending a diagnostic fee. More
