Great experience! Just bought my 4th Mini, the 3rd from Otto’s. I loved my previous 2016 Park Lane Countryman, but decided to look at the 2019 Countryman Iconic builds Just bought my 4th Mini, the 3rd from Otto’s. I loved my previous 2016 Park Lane Countryman, but decided to look at the 2019 Countryman Iconic builds during a recent service visit.... the new features captured my attention. Michael Dixon was very easy to work with and made the experience enjoyable. All the staff at Otto’s was great! I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Mini. More

Love my Mini and Ottos I just leased my third mini from Otto's and for all three my salesperson was Pete Barcus . . . a measure of how wonderful he is (and that is NOT hyp I just leased my third mini from Otto's and for all three my salesperson was Pete Barcus . . . a measure of how wonderful he is (and that is NOT hyperbole) I have sent a few friends to him, two which have purchased cars and others are considering them. He makes the car purchase experience fun and pleasant and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles so is able to answer any questions both before, during and after the deal is done. He helps explain everything you need to know to operate all the fun menus and features of the cars, and continues to be there for support down the road. I would highly recommend this dealership (their volume and availability of models and colors is really great!!) both for the experience and straight forward process - and Pete especially for making it fun and being responsive. More

The team their is committed to getting you what you want, flushing out all the options and were very helpful in assisting us when we hit a couple of snags. They loaned me a car overnight since I don't live in the area and went the extra step to ensure we felt great about doing business with them. A Dealership with the Right Ambience I just traded in a 2007 Mini Cooper S for a 2015 Mini Cooper with JCW styling and suspension.
