I had my car brought in for service in Septempter, and it was abandoned with no word from your service team until I called and called over and over and finally reached a technician who couldn't really give m was abandoned with no word from your service team until I called and called over and over and finally reached a technician who couldn't really give me any answers about the car. My car sat with you for 2 months before I sent a tow truck to bring it back home. You have the worst service of any dealer or mechanic I've ever personally witnessed in 50 years. I had a frustrating experience with the dealership that took two months to repair my vehicle. 2 hours for an oil change seems excessive. I have had different experiences depending on which vehicle I bring in. Not certain I would feel comfortable having my daughter visit this service ce I have had different experiences depending on which vehicle I bring in. Not certain I would feel comfortable having my daughter visit this service center on her own. Repair prices seem to be overpriced and I question whether it is a tactic to try to get me to purchase a new vehicle or just gouging by commission based service department. If you are under warranty, Ferman is fine, if not, you likely are getting overcharged. Being told not to rotate tires, when all 4 are the same size didn't sound right. I don't get a warm and fuzzy integrity / golden rule feeling from this place. More
