Over the past several weeks, he has been in constant contact to identify a vehicle best suited for my needs and price point. He provided a number of options and explained the different specs and upgraded features from my previous car. Lovence was very knowledgeable of all-things Mercedes and I am very pleased with my vehicle selection because of him. Lovence, Keith and Brad made my second experience in a row with Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring even better than the first. Excellent Customer Service! CELESTIN LOVENCE, our sales consultant was amazing. We drove from Pittsburgh to buy our Mercedes and the dealership bent over backwards to accommod CELESTIN LOVENCE, our sales consultant was amazing.
