Naomi, I am so sorry about your visit to Volkswagen and also to hear about your feet and toes. We hope you heal quickly. I was previously informed of the technology issues and tried to accommodate all of our customers as I did for you. Unfortunately, we are so reliant on computers nowadays that when they have glitches we must hire an IT company to fix them. Once the issue was corrected, we reached out on several occasions to have the documentation corrected but received no response. Upon the other involved party's return from being out of town, I first learned of your injury and now knew why we had no response. I offered to bring the paperwork personally to you so you did not have to move after being injured and to expedite the process. I apologize that our systems crashed the first time you were here. We try to make the buying process as simple as possible but sometimes there are speedbumps. Please accept my sincerest apologies for our human and technology errors and your process not going as smoothly as we both would have liked it to go. My staff and I were contacted by the other party involved in your purchase previously in regards to paying off the traded vehicle. I requested documentation regarding the aforementioned vehicle that was traded in so I am able to help out. I have not yet received this documentation though. If you could help out it would be greatly appreciated. I need the payment due date & statement so we can cross-check it to the trade-in date. When trading in a vehicle with a lien, it generally takes about 14 days which I believe was within the window that it was paid in full by us. When a vehicle is traded in, it is not paid off instantly and many factors can influence this timeline. Your letter states you finalized the purchase on 10/22/2024 and I have sent our documentation to the requested party showing we paid it in full on 11/05/2024. This is exactly 14 days, not over 30 days as you stated. Was the payment possibly past due at the time of trading it in? Please let me know if my dates are off or if you can help supply the requested documentation so I may best assist you on this matter. I look forward to Southern VW and myself being able to earn your business and friendship back again.

When you say "we reached out several occasions to have the documentation correct" that is not the entire truth there. I answered the call immediately. No voicemail had to be left. When "the other party" returned back home we came by and signed the hard copy which was then wrong again and had to be signed TWO more times. Now we have to sign again?? When you mention "I requested documentation" all we have been asked to do is sign and sign and resign and resign your paperwork. So what "documentation" are you trying to say we need to provide? We have provided all requested documentation the day we came in to purchase the vehicle on 10/22/2024. We have signed the documents now SIX times. Which was confirmed by your company today that there was six different copies. And NOW we are being asked to come in yet again to sign another copy.
