Both dealerships know what relationships mean and treat their customers like family. Please give them a shot, you won’t regret it!!!!! More
I contacted this dealership by phone and asked to speak to a sales person. I wanted to lease a new Odyssey. A young lady answered and I was transferred to a sales voice mail. I have honestly tried to refrain from writing a review about my experience with this dealership. When they say do you want to good or bad first, I’ll start off with the good. They allowed me to start the purchasing process for my vehicle over the phone. My sales guy was great. And Raymond Brown was a great person to handle my problems. But here comes the bad: The car was sold to me with a HUGE warp in the door, that I unfortunately did not see when I drove it off the lot. The reason I didn’t see it is because it was dark, and the lighting did not highlight the warp. When I contacted the dealership, the next day saying there was something wrong with my vehicle and I didn’t do it, they told me I could pay to get it fixed. THANK GOD they posted that vehicle with the warp in it so I could prove they sold it to me that way. PS I didn’t see the warp in the photos myself until I had to prove I didn’t do it. I also had to essentially contact them to get my vehicle back when it was done, instead of them contacting me. I will say the plus is they did come pick up my car and loan me another. Very nice. The icing: the warranty. I paid an astronomical price for my warranty through the dealership, thus with learning that and having buyer’s remorse I wanted to cancel it. The canceling process was horrible: I called 2 days later and emailed time and time again to work on getting cancelled without hearing back. I was told Nicholas was busy when I called, but he told me he was out sick. Which one was it? With that being said, we finally got the ball rolling for it to be done incorrectly. My paperwork was sent over to the warranty company with no dates or signatures, so they didn’t start the cancellation process. Thank gosh the warranty company had it on file that I called about cancellation prior so instead of prorating my refund they gave me 100% back. But this took over some weeks, due to the dealership. I had to do their work for them. Next they finally get the money. My warranty in total is $5,246. But they only sent BOA $4,400. Where is the other portion I called that warranty company, and they said the second warranty was cancelled. Where is the money and why was it not sent? It’s so sad because I remember the day I went in I was sooo happy and left happy. Now here I am, just sad and disappointed. I didn’t want to have to write this review, but this is the most unreasonable customer service for someone who just wants things done correctly. I sent two emails just this week, which weren’t given a response, thus, the reason for my review. I am pretty patient, but this is JUST NOT RIGHT! O and technically I never got my money back for the ferry you guys say you give! :) More
