I accepted this with understanding, and on Monday—four days later—I went in for the oil change. I dropped off the car, and they kept me waiting for three hours just for the oil change, saying, “It’ll be ready in a minute,” “It’ll be ready in a minute,” until, three hours later, I was finally able to pick up my car .
