We have purchased two BMW's from this agency as well as having our vehicles serviced there over the years. My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences. When we visit, sometimes only to look at the models, our salesman, Tom Terrill, always have a friendly greeting and is always ready to answer questions; and, I haven't stumped him yet. He's very professional and courteous with a no-pressure sales approach that we really appreciate. (Underscore that last sentence.) The actual buying process both times we bought a vehicle at Flemington BMW was made so easy. Tom anticipates everything you need to know and makes helpful suggestions and offers tips as well. During these times of Covid19, I am impressed with how clean the premises is and how careful the employees are in making you comfortable with their Covid19 protocols. BTW, I like the decor, too. We love the drive-yourself through car wash and vacuuming station. We like to keep our vehicles looking good and we enjoy doing this ourselves. Tom Terrill and service manager, Dana Claxton, remember us and know what we need. We appreciate that about the dealership. I have had dealings with other agencies, but no more. The difference is not even close. We will be continuing to buy our BMWs and get them serviced at Flemington. JUST PLAIN OUTSTANDING! More

Kursad at Flemington BMW blew all other dealerships out of the water! I’ve been searching for a particular convertible for the past year and a half and have visited over 7 other dealerships. Once we got to of the water! I’ve been searching for a particular convertible for the past year and a half and have visited over 7 other dealerships. Once we got to flemington BMW and met Kursad, we knew we might’ve just found ourselves our new favorite salesman. Kursad is kind, patient (emphasis on the patience, I was very particular with what I wanted after having looked for so long), honest, and fair. He treated me with respect, regardless of my young age and gender, which other dealerships had a bias towards me for. He looked for my perfect dream car for over 6 months, and last night I finally bought it and got to claim it as mine. He even went out of his way to order me a pink bow to put on the car and went above and beyond with ensuring the car was in perfect condition for when I got to take it home and even put on my pink crystal license plates. We will absolutely be returning customers with Kursad and Flemington BMW. The finance Business Manager, Catherine Ferry, is also incredible. She handled all of the financing needs and spent time answering any and all questions I had as a first time car buyer. She was sweet, patient, and honest, and she truly recommended what she felt was best for me and not just your typical “what you want to hear”. I appreciated her candor. All staff members that we came in contact with were friendly, kind, playful, helpful, and contributed to making the experience that much more enjoyable.
