I was quite pleased with Cassie. Good communication and kept things on schedule. I appreciate a woman in a traditionally male dominated field. I especially enjoyed Alejandro Vergara, the salesman I worked with. He listened to me and there was never any pressure! He was infinitely patient and always responded in a timely manner to my questions. He has even checked in with me since the sale. And also Fernando (or Francisco) my apologies as I never saw his name, but the gentleman who helped me with the financing on the Saturday I came in to purchase the car. He was very pleasant to work with. I was delighted that Alejandro brought my car to my home when it was ready! What a wonderful service! I'm very pleased with the new car. I feel it is just what I needed. I am happy to do business with Showcase Honda. More

Run away,advisers are only looking for commission, take your car to a mechanic. They recommended transmission fluid change for my car even though they did it last time less than 3000 miles. They had me pay your car to a mechanic. They recommended transmission fluid change for my car even though they did it last time less than 3000 miles. They had me pay 227 for diagnosis of something I already know about and asked them to tell me upfront how much it will cost me but they said we have to do diagnosis first. Anyway I learned a lot from my last visit, never trust them they're looking for commission more than keeping customers More
