It was a complete bait and switch. We drove over 45 minutes to see one specific car, that they said was on site. When we got there we were told it was at their other dealership in Stam More

We are sorry you were disappointed in your experience. The vehicles you were interested in had sales pending but were not yet delivered which is why they still appeared in inventory. We do have systems in place to track sold units, but when it gets very busy there can sometimes lags in updating for which we apologize. Unfortunately you trade had excessive mileage to be considered and the salesperson should not have used trade jargon to explain this to you. Again, we are very sorry we could not accommodate you and hope you are able to find a vehicle to meet your needs soon.

Then why are both still listed for sale now five days later? And if you call to ask about either your staff is still telling people they have both on the lot, and both are available for a test drive and sale they are also offering to take a deposit over the phone.. Your staff is shady at best.
