In a panic, I ran into the dealership. It was a Saturday at 2:30 and service had closed. My son was in Mt Pleasant, 2 hours away. I had his key with the dead battery. I had bought a new battery at Target and watched a YouTube video. I thought it would be easy. I was rushing to get to my son. He plays college hockey for CMU and had a game in a few hours. I couldn’t get the key back together. After several attempts at home, I drove to the dealership. When I saw that service was closed, I dashed into the sales room. 3 gentleman including Caselle and Rob Love figured it out. They were so nice and saved the day.
