We were referred to Mr. Castle, Henry, by our son who spoke very highly of him when he purchased a car with him. Mr. Castle was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional with us. We told him that we was looking for a car for our daughters birthday. He showed us different cars and answered our questions. The service was great and he stood behind his words when he said that he would get us a second key because at the time of purchase there was only one key available. While we were waiting for our turn to complete our paperwork, I was going to my car to find something to eat, I was stopped and offered food from the lunch they had ordered. I am very big on customer service I give great customer service and I expect good customer service, Our experience was positive I have already recommended Mr. Castle to a friend when she’s ready to make her purchase.
