Bishwarai, we agree with you as well. Nissan has a very rigorous testing in place for their batteries and unfortunately they will not warranty unless the system states the battery is bad. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that issue does not occur again. If we can help with anything in the future please don't hesitate to reach out.

As I mentioned earlier, everything was resolved when I spoke to the service manager. However, I had to make three trips to the service center, which could have been avoided if the issue had been handled properly from the start.

Just to clarify, I had no issues with getting the battery replaced at the dealership or paying for it—none at all. I’m also not questioning Nissan’s rigorous processes as a company. My concern is solely about the substandard implementation of those rigorous processes at the local level. Thank you.
