Then Mandeep was exceptional in arranging service and a loaner. Then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Dan came out to greet me and to see if I was satisfied. Everyone that I had contact with seemed to go out of their way. I love this dealership! More

My husband and I have experienced nothing short of a nightmare since purchasing a used 2012 Honda Civic from there. When I asked if there was an inspection report we could see or if there were problems we should be aware of, the salesman, Eugene, stated that Woodfield Lexus runs a multi-point inspection on all used vehicles, and that if this car had any problems, it would not be on their lot. Only 10 days after owning the car, it breaks down. We purchased the extended warranty, which is provided through Lexus, even though the car is a Honda. I spent hours calling the main Lexus Warranty office only to receive conflicting answers from the main Honda Warranty office. When I tried calling Woodfield Lexus to help me navigate the situation, I was met with unreturned phone calls from Caryn, the finance director. I finally figured it out and took the car to a Honda dealership to figure out what was wrong with the car. We ended up spending over $700 in repairs that required “immediate attention,” including a dead battery, all of which were not covered by the extended warranty. Many more calls later and Rob, the pre-owned sales manager, finally gives me a call, only to lecture me about buying an “off brand” car from a Lexus dealership. He tells me that Woodfield Lexus only has the technology to run basic safety inspections on their “off brand” cars. This of course, is a different story from what the salesman, Eugene, told me. Essentially, Rob tells me that this is the gamble you take with buying a used car and admits no responsibility. To some extent I understand this, but I don’t believe that one should have to shell out over $700 in repairs after owning the car for 10 days. The kicker is that Rob tells me if he had known about that situation, he would have replaced the battery for free. Nevermind that I made several unreturned calls to Woodfield Lexus during the whole ordeal, so I’m not sure how I could have made a better attempt to communicate with them, but oh well. Moral of the story, proceed with extreme caution when purchasing a used, or, as they like to call it, an “off brand” vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. You could end up with hundreds of dollars of expenses. More

And have had many brands in between including Mercedes. Nobody compares to Woodfield Lexus .Their very honest people and second to none.I also want to mention what a great job Dereck did of explaining how all the new technology and controls worked and pairing our phones job well done. WOODFIELD LEXUS IS A DOUBLE-SCOOP OF JOY! I bought my first Lexus Pre-owned in 2006 -- over the phone while at work! It was sitting on the lot waiting for me when I got off work. Nine years I bought my first Lexus Pre-owned in 2006 -- over the phone while at work! It was sitting on the lot waiting for me when I got off work. Nine years later I called in again and spoke with Dan this time. He did everything in his power to work with me and get me what I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay! Personally, Dan is a very warm and accommodating person and that made it even easier for me to work with him. I would tell anyone to go to Woodfield Lexus (and I have!) and ask for Dan -- he'll find a way to make it work! More
